2010 Raffle Information |

YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN! Time & Date Raffle Grand Prize will be drawn on or about 4:30 pm Sunday September 19th. Eligibility All purchased Derby tickets are eligible for Raffle entry. Tickets purchased after 8:00 am September 18th at the 10th Street Boat Launch in Everett, will be for the Raffle Grand Prize ONLY. Adult ticket purchaser does not have to fish to be eligible only for the Raffle Grand Prize. Only legal guardians of a juvenile are eligible for receipt of the Raffle Grand Prize. Taxes The ticket purchaser agrees that any appropriate prize taxes, as use or sales taxes, fees, transfer and or operating fees, shall be the sole responsibility of the prize winner, and that the aforementioned derby organizations shall have no liability for any such taxes or fees. Prizewinners shall also furnish their tax identification number upon request before the awarding of prizes.
